For the quickest turnaround, ordering an AMS chair is as easy as giving us a call and filling out an order form.

Ordering Instructions

The number combination following the model name designates the rear wheel size. For example, “iTilt 22” means the chair will be fitted with 22” rear wheel. The last digits indicate the chair width and depth respectively. In the example 16 x 18, the first number indicates the width and the second number indicates the depth. When placing phone orders, we find it helpful if options are ordered in the same sequence as shown on the order forms. For fastest service, fax orders to 613.634.3990.

Delivery Times

Most orders are shipped within two days. We ship via CanPar unless otherwise instructed. Our experience with CanPar suggests that 80% of the shipments are received the next day in Ontario. Outside of Ontario, delivery is usually within one week. If we cannot ship for any reason, the dealer will be advised by phone or fax.
